All orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and USPS pickup/release times.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS operations.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we no longer have control over delivery times or handling. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All Things Custom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
