At All Things Custom, each item is made to order and customized specifically for you.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to reach a reasonable resolution.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout (such as shipping address or customization details).
